Here Comes The Sun...

Not being the tender age of 21 anymore, nor having the washboard stomach my younger dancing days gave me, I am no longer able to embrace the cropped-top trend this summer season is giving us! I did work it last weekend having said this, BUT with high-wasited trousers and a mere half an inch of flesh on show (i still needed a large glass of the pink stuff to forget this half inch you understand!) They seem to be haunting me and not in a tempting way! If anything they are there as a gentle reminder that in only two months time i shall be celebrating the last year of my twenties. However, this doesn't mean that i can't bring fashion for the kids of today, that i can't be happy that they have the bodies and the age to still strut their stuff as i once did in hot pants and tiny vests...ok, ok, maybe i am not fully there yet! But i am totally prepared for hitting the 30's...i am, i am...honestly, i am...!

I digress! Crop tops, yes, that's where we were! I feel it may be time to cut the chat (and me trying to convince myself that i am not whole heartedly jealous of the younger girls!) and show you the best of the buys in the high-streets to date ♥

Worn with denim cut-offs, maxis, pencil skirts, those much loved American Apparel lycra numbers, (an item i am most definitely not giving up!) skinnies, flares or high-waisters, these tops have to be the staple item of the Summer (if you're 21 and under that is. Major sad face!)

Oh how i shall envy this summer style! Although, there has to be some bonus in getting older! The prospect of a Celine bag for the almighty 30th birthday! Only one whole year to go ♥

Xxx
